MyChem Silicone Grey RTV
MyChem Silicone Grey RTV is an original gasket maker formulated for high-temperature and heavy duty applications. It makes reliable “formed-in-place” gasket instantly to any size and shape. It resist ageing, water, oil, grease and vibration. It is also a rubber which replaces and outperforms cork, rubber gaskets and conventional paper. MyChem Silicone Grey RTV makes an instant gasket flow into every space or unevenness between surfaces perfectly for a tough and high pressure seal. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°F to 625°F (-62°C to + 330°C).
Application: Suitable for applied on crankshaft gasket, oil pans, gearboxes, water pumps, rear main bearing cap split line, damper keyway sealing, differential cover, vibration damper, etc.

MyChem Silicone Black RTV is an original gasket maker formulated for heavy duty applications. It makes reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°F to 600°F (-62°C to + 315°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.
Application: Valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, transmission pans etc.

It makes reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gasket to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature -80°F to 500°F ( -62°C to 260°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.

MyChem Silicone Copper RTV
MyChem Silicone Copper RTV is specially designed for 4-cylinder, turbocharged or high performance engine that requires a unique RTV gasket. It is the most adevanced, high temperature RTV silicone gasket currently available. It features low odor, non-corrosive with excellent oil resistant. It is three times more oil resistant than conventional silicone gasket and eight times more flexible than cut gaskets. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°F to 700°F ( -62°C to 370°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.
Application: Rear main bearing cap split line, damper keyway sealing, differential cover intake end seals, OHC cap, oil pan corner seals, oil pan gasket, side cover plate, thermostat housing, timing cover, transmission pan, valve cover gasket, vibration damper, water pump cover gasket, intake manifolds and exhaust manifold.

MyChem Liquid Gasket
MyChem Liquid Gasket is a semi-drying grey liquid gasket liquid that uses synthetic dubber as the main ingredients. It is formulated to form a layer thick enough to work efficiently on uneven joint surfaces. It exhibits good resistance to heat, oil, gasoline and particularly LPG. It turns into rubber-like elastic substance upon curing.
